Blue Fin Software Solutions win the Best Use of IT award, 2013. The Beyond NI Awards 2013 were held in the Burrendale Hotel, Country Club & Spa. Down Distrct Council Chairman Councillor Mickey Coogan with comedian Tim McGarry present the ICT award to John Walsh of Bluefin. Beyond is a Business Support Network designed for local businesses in the Down District Council area. The network aims to improve the level and quality of business development support to existing local businesses in Down District. The majority of Down District’s nearly 3000 VAT registered businesses are small-scale (under 10 employees) and typically do not qualify for start-up support or other assistance from Invest NI.
