Quinfresh are one of the UK’s foremost suppliers of fresh fruit and vegetables to the wholesaler, retail and catering industry.

Quinfresh is a subsidiary of the 1942 established company, JJ Quinn & Sons which has been running since 1942 and has filled an immense gap in the existing supply of fresh fruit and vegetables in Northern Ireland. A purpose built production built plant was constructed of the highest standard in order to meet the rigorous requirements of their multiple customer base allowing for the capacity for added volume.

The Problem:

Quinfresh have been committed to using Sage to manage their stock levels and process order invoices but they were looking for a more user- friendly environment to fully utilise the capabilities of Sage.

The Solution:

Blue Fin Software Solutions was able to bridge the problem by developing a bespoke user-friendly Sage skin which enabled Quinfresh to interact seamlessly with their existing Sage Company database. This application allowed them to place and process orders, manage stock levels and inject invoices into TAS.

The Software:

The technology used by the Blue Fin Software to create this unique and user friendly process for Quinfresh was a Windows desktop application developed in VB.NET with a SQL server database.
